Stress can creep into every part of life, especially when you're living with something as complex as pancreatitis.

It can make symptoms feel worse, recovery slower, and navigating daily life even more exhausting.

That’s something many of us in this community have experienced, and it’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in a free, virtual session next week.

We’re hosting Dr. Amy Serin, a neuropsychologist (and parent of two children with pancreatitis), for a conversation about how stress affects the brain and body, and what might actually help. She’ll be joined by a chronic pancreatitis patient who has worked with her to find better ways to manage stress and flare-ups.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in the trial-and-error phase, or just looking for new tools, this session is for you. No pressure, just a space to learn and feel supported.

The ones I've joined before have always been extremely informative and very well presented, so I signed up for this one as soon as I saw it was available a couple of weeks ago.

Thank you for the gentle reminder - they are invaluable in case I don't see the first notification - I would be disappointed to miss these very useful sessions.

Just a note for those who aren't available when the session is running - if you register, the link is sent to you and you can view it at any time to suit yourself afterwards, although obviously you can't then ask your own questions.

Thank you Mission Cure!
