We are pleased to announce that the Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Week has now become a month! The month is November and this ties in with the USA who have their pancreatic cancer awareness month at the same time. By having a month rather than a week, we have a little more flexibility when it comes to arranging events etc.

However, in order to get those awareness messages out to the public, we need your help. Please put on an event, it doesn't have to be a big affair, but a coffee morning or a purple cake sale at work, school or in your community will do fine. Or put up one of our posters in your community. If you want to be more daring, we now can offer fundraising challenges see pancreaticcanceraction.org/....

Don't forget to get your local media such as newspapers and radio stations involved. We can help with this too.

Within the month, we have designated November 25th as Pancreatic Cancer Action Day. We would love to see you all wearing purple for the day or holding a purple themed event at school or work.

If you get in touch with us enquiries@pancreaticcanceraction.org we will be able to send out our awareness posters and leaflets to you free of charge. We also have t-shirts, balloons and pansy lapel badges available to purchase (to cover our costs).

Please use this blog area to discuss with others your event/fundraising ideas and to give us all a little inspiration!
