Scared I have pancreatic cancer

Hi I am new here...I am a male 28 years old I have stomach and back pain and loose stools now for 9 months all my blood was normal and I had a clear ct scan about 4 months ago..my dr says I have gastritis and has prescribed medication which seems to help when I take like I am supposed too, but I am scared the dr has missed something idk what to do anymore

I saw the ct scan report. it said nothing abnormal also I have seen like 3 different drs
