If your Mother is falling down you need to first see your GP,is this the first time or has it happened before

Is your Mother needing care, your doctor will instigate certain types of treatment depending on what is wrong with your Mother. You can actually go along with her to the surgery or arrange to see the doctor on your own as you are a first line relative, although sometimes the doctor may need permission to discuss her prognosis.

Your mother will know she is not well and is frightened to go and see him. Talk to him first and see what the situation is

I do feel for you and send hugs and prayers. First and formost is she hurt? Is she confused? If a mixture phone the GP. or ambulance after that and if she is OK physically get help form the social cervices or adult care. OR phone your mental health team and ask for crises support.

A friend of mine's mother fell and was in pain. Was prescribed pain medication. Friend had to chase doctor before any investigation was done. The mother was found to be suffering from cancer and by the time it was diagnosed it was to late.

You need to find out why she fell.
