PMR advice

Hi Friends πŸ‘‹ I am 60 yrs old and have had chronic pain since 2005 when I woke up one morning with the most excruciating stiff neck. Through time my symptoms of pain have led to Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis Sjogren's Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Osteoarthritis. I've had bilateral top of shoulder pain thigh pain neck pain headaches since 2015 but because of my age I've gone undiagnosed. For whatever reason my blood work almost never shows the disorders I even had to ask for a lip biopsy to prove Sjogren's. Can you have PMR and it not show in your labs? I am progressing to having a hard time turning in bed to getting dressed as I age πŸ˜•
