I find it difficult to plan things whilst suffering with so much pain and having to cancel plans makes me feel mentally worse so I take the small wins like washing my hair as that’s a big task with long thick hair so I feel good once I’ve done it, having a good soak in the bath and going for a walk those are my simple things I do for self care I keep my goals small so I don’t feel I’ve let myself or anyone down. Yes I would love to plan and do nice things but that’s not possible or for someone in my situation but everyone is different xx
