Since I was been up and about for around half an hour , haven’t done anything strenuous or lifted anything heavy but it feels as if my left lower ribs are protruding slightly , very painful as always but I can feel it pressing against my skin and it’s much more prominent that my right side . Does this sound familiar to others with this horrid condition ?

There is something called slipping rib syndrome, do you think that might be it?

Hello Westie, I'm so sorry to hear you have costchondritis. My son had it and he went through hell before a decent treatment was found for it. You have my sympathy. Many I ask do you have a treatment you have found that gives you any relief for it?
