Hands hurt on waking
Have you has examination/tests for carpal tunnel problems which could explain your hand pain? If that is the problem it can be cured with a simple straightforward operation
Do you sleep on your side? I sometimes feel my arms hurting and one or both hands is tingly/asleep when I awake. I think I am either tucking my forearm and hand under my body or a pillow and putting pressure on them.
I have tensynovitis in both of my thumbs and it affects my hands as well, I also have carpal tunnel syndrome which I read from someone and you have had an operation already. so it can't be that. I had investigations on my hands which I don't know whether you have had, but if not I would ask your doctor for them and then hopefully they will sort you and you will be pain free. I know exactly how you feel, I can't have the CTS operation due to having CRPS, so I have to live with painful stinging hands. Hope you get the help you clearly need, Take care xx
