Hi there. I have chronic pain due to nerve compression and nerve damage due to osteo arthritis of my vertabrea. It affects both my arms, hands, legs and feet. I have fibromyalgia also. Basically every waking moment of my life feels like absolute hell, theres just no escape from it. I have severe depression and anxiety also. I feel like im getting to the end of my rope. I feel so alone. I feel like no one around me really, truely understand how difficult it is. And also cause im such a people pleaser and have such low self asteem I dont let on how bad im feeling cause I dont want to be a burden. I'm desperate, I just want to know I'm not alone.

Hi deadboltdaisy so sorry to hear your in alot of pain. You are not alone I have it too and alot of other members do feel free to rant get it off your chest nothing wrong with foing that. I also have fibromyalgia its hard going I totally understand. People who dont suffer chronic pain will never fully understand so you've came to the right place. You take care

HiMerry Christmas. I totally understand you're situation and understand how you feel. I have severe degenerative disc lower back and burning pain in both hips along with fibromyalgia diagnosed by rheumatologist 2011. I have SRS slipping rib syndrome and hip bursitis along with oral lichlen plantus my top gum is so sore and burns 24/7 my pain from the fibromyalgia is unbearable everyday I'm so tired I don't sleep well and even when I get a good night 5 hours without waking I'm exhausted I start my day with hot water bottles I have 3 I need to lay on one and one on my ribs and one hip area everyday starts like this and I can hardly move first thing. I also have osteoporosis so that doesn't help. I am divorced my husband just did not understand my exhaustion and pain if a person has never experienced constant 24/7 pain they just don't understand and expect you to be all OK if you rest for one day! My back pain causes so much pain that walking any distance is near impossible so I can't exercise like I would like I use to enjoy walking but sadly now I'm mostly stuck at home. Pain is isolating I just can't bear to be around other people when my pain is through the roof and like you say no one really understands and often think you should be fine if you rest for a day. I have hypermobility in my ribs and this causes nerve pain that just makes you feel like jumping off a bridge but I try to stay positive and spend my days researching natural alternatives therapies.

I have just purchased a grounding sheet to lay on at night the reviews state it can help sleep and pain throughout the body. Fingers crossed it will help. Money is tight but I keep on trying as many natural remedies in the hope I can alleviate some of my pain. Hot water bottles help tremendously. I have tramdol but I don't like how I feel when taking it and it doesn't help the pain much. Just want you to know you are not alone and that there is someone else who totally understands your frustration and pain. I have no caring family to help me so try to keep positive and fingers crossed that life will I hope and pray will get better for us.🤗
