It sounds like you have mixed irritable bowel syndrome. It can be made worse by worry and stress, so try not to worry about it. But it isn't caused by that, they now realise that there is a genetic cause. The best treatment is to figure out which foods are causing problems and avoiding them.
The green poo my son has had a few times since he became Vegan. Gp said its due to copious amounts of vegetables that he's eating and not to worry about it.
The pain you have in the middle left of your tummy reminds me of my initial tummy pain which began moving down my tummy. As it didn't go away I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis. Please speak to your Gp ASAP or go to your local Walk in Centre. My diagnosis was based on my description, not ant scans or xrays,...but, when I had the 1st Stage flare up (there's 3 stages), they could see it on tge CT Scan. I'd get checked on today or tomorrow at the latest if I were you. All the best 😍
