I understand. I’ve got lower back and neck pain. I’m also a walking medical issue. Vitiligo, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, eczema, hiatal hernia, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and allergic to dogs, cats, birds, grass, trees, mold, cockroaches, and foods: wheat, milk, peanuts (high), and corn, eggs, onions, and garlic (low).

And it’s too late tonight to drink coffee.

Feeling pained. I had a steroid injection in my S1 yesterday. I slept for almost 24 hrs after.

Other than that, I’m somewhat relaxed as I am on few vacation days. 🥱
