Ok so I'm new to this I been currently dealing with this pain on the bottom of my left foot right underneath my second or third toe of I sit down and take my shoes off I get a unbearable burning sensation pain and my foot almost feels like it has restless legs syndrome I guess from the unbearable and annoying pain and then if I walk bare footed or with socks on it feels like I'm walking on a marble or a stone constantly and it really is taking a toll on me and my day 2 day life. WHAT CAN I DO AS FOR HOME TREATMENTS OR REMEDIES I DONT HAVE MONEY OR INSURANCE TO SEE A DOCTOR

I had this very same thing! I went to see a Podiatrist (UK) who told me I had hammer toes starting! It’s where the joints on your toe(s) stick up. Once it happens there’s no pain. It eventually makes no difference to walking. Take care xx

Hello T-Nasty69, That's how my arthritis started many years ago as metatarsalgia in my feet . with minor swelling. That pain still continues and the joints are minorly distorted these days. I was given shoe liners and still get them prescribed nowadays, but find the best solution is trainers or orthopaedic shoes, I nearly always wear wintery socks to help circulation and beware of your limits with walking . If I do to much walking it takes a long time for the pain to reduce. Hope this helps. Ps I have multi joint arthritis now and recently had a knee replaced. Take care

Have they ruled out Morton's neuroma ? You can purchase pads at Amazon that give extra cushioning at the ball of your foot but taking a look at your foot wear might be in order maybe you need a sneaker thats a wider width.
