Since I was eighteen I have had shoulder stiffness. Since my breast cancer surgery,three years ago, it’s got really painful. I have fibromyalgia and wear and tear on my shoulder cuff. I had nerve ablation two years ago as it started to give me agonising nerve pain in my shoulder. I have steroid injections which is unbearable. Just want more movement and lest stiffness and pain in my whole shoulder.
