This is my second post on this topic I’ll summarize my last post quickly. So about 2 weeks ago I started to get like random dizzy spells for 30 minutes and they’d go away. This past Tuesday I was at work and got dizzy and it kept getting worse and worse. I went to the ER the checked my blood pressure did a urine test a ekg a cat scan did blood work and it was all fine. I went to my primary care doctor and he scheduled me a bunch of appointments with a bunch of doctors. Now I’ve started to realize though when my symptoms get worse. Last night I went mini golfing and I started to get what I call dizzy cause I can’t find the proper word to use, my best way of putting it is my eyes seem to get like overwhelmed and confused then just can’t seem to focus on anything. But I’m noticing I mainly only feel weird when I’m moving around or stuff around me is moving as well. If I’m in a dark room or just laying in bed I’m okayish. But when I’m doing stuff is that when I start feeling weird and just disoriented. I’m hoping someone maybe has some words of advice or maybe their own opinion on what’s going on thank you!

Constant dizziness update!!! Please help
I just looked and you got lots of good responses last time. Lots of suggestions. Have you explored any of these? My first thought was inner ear issue or infection. You won’t necessarily have ear pain with this. But is most common reason for dizziness especially when moving about.Other people suggested ocular migraine which again needs looking into.
Sounds like gp is covering bases and referring you to other professionals. Although have to say here in uk gp would try to diagnose and treat themselves rather than lots of referrals at this stage.
I looked into what everyone said and I will mention them to my doctor but I personally don’t feel like they match my symptoms. It’s really hard to explain but when I’m moving around like at work etc or stuff around me is moving in a car a busy store etc I when I start to feel weird not dizzy like I’m going to pass out or I can’t keep my balance but like it’s just hard for my eyes to stay focused like it’s hard to keep my eyes still.
Sounds as if it could be problem with your balance mechanism. Ask your doctor to check.
Hi, you mention confusion, have you ever thought you could have a type of epilepsy, I have what's known as partial complex epilepsy, you get disorientated, forget where you are what your doing, it can last for a minute or longer, it can be dangerous, as it can happen anytime, I've burnt myself, fell and fractured ribs etc, when I went to a specialist again nothing, it has to be happening with epilepsy, I'm on lamotrogine 200mg daily and seem much better, but if I'm stressing about something it can happen still, but it's worth looking into, I know what you mean, it's hard to describe, good luck x
I have recently had very similar symptoms, get checked out right away with the view to TEMPORAL ARTITIS. It is a dangerous condition. I have been put on Steroids for a long time , please act.
