The best person to talk to about medications is your pharmacist. They will be able to discuss with you any concerns you have and also suggest any different medications.

I think you are in Australia, so do you know about Pain Australia?

painaustralia.org.au

There is a lot of information there, but as Bevvy says, it is best to talk to a health care professional. In the UK we now have pharmacists working in our GP surgeries as well as in pharmacies that people can talk to.

Avanza is mirtazapine which is an antidepressant, also used if having problems sleeping (although this stopped helping me to sleep when I got used to the drug). It is known for causing weight gain.

Seroquel is quetiapine which is an antipsychotic also sometimes used for depression and in low doses, to help with sleep.

Lyrica is pregabalin used for nerve pain, epilepsy and anxiety.

Temazepam is a benzodiazepine used for severe anxiety and as a sedative.

Are you taking all of these because of your anxiety? The best person to speak to would be your doctor, usually a psychiatrist would be prescribing these medications. You could also ask your GP to contact the psychiatrist for a medication review if you feel the drugs are not helping you. They might want to try changing one or more of them to something else. You should tell them if you're having side effects or if you have any concerns or questions, they ought to take your preferences into account. After all, you're the one taking the medications!
