Clicking

When I am walking and every step I take. I hear a clicking sound in my head. I have never had this before.

Do you think this clicking could be coming from your neck? Or could your ears be blocked? The world sounds very different with ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones because our brains aren't being stimulated by external noises so it concentrates on internal noises. But equally, it could be something in your neck making a noise which is going to be easy for the ears to pick up.

I'm not sure, even if I have the earphones in. I can still hear the clicking sound in my head.

I have heard of this before . I think it’s important to speak

with your GP , he might need to refer you . It may or may not be a serious issue.
