Hi. Have you bought the backpod? I’ve found it helpful. I’ve been suffering with Costco since June (moving a bloody wardrobe) I’ve been ok for about 8 weeks but I’m having a horrendous flare up, I haven’t been able to drive all weekend & I’ve spent the day in bed today. I’m seeing a rheumatologist tomorrow, I’m not sure how much he’ll be able to help me. Not many doctors have dealt with it in the UK.
