You need to get your GP to refer you to a spinal consultant. They’d be the ones to refer you to a specialist spinal unit if applicable. After major spinal surgeries I was admitted to a spinal rehab unit, I have been under them ever since but wasn’t under a spinal unit prior to that, just my spinal consultant.

What is it that you’re wanting help with? Any spinal consultant can arrange MRI scans, physio & surgery as needed.
