Hi. Can anyone help. I have had all the symptoms of enlarged prostate except getting up through the night or peeing blood. I am age 52. I am wondering if taking pregabalin is the reason I dont wake up to pee. I have had a blood test and everything was normal i have now been referred to urology. Can anyone share similar experiences

Hey Jonn9..there is 2 Mens Health forums here on HU that may be able to answer ur questions ,if no one can help u here on this forum.Best to u.

Hey Jonn9, I’d like to first say that having an enlarged prostate does not necessarily imply anything serious. As for the pregabalin, taking that doesn’t reduce how much you pee. It can have negative effects on your bladder such as peeing blood, needing to pee more or constipation, but these are serious side effects which are very rare. I wish you all the best for the future :)
