In-home physio service during the lockdown?

Had a collarbone surgery a few months ago, and doc suggested physiotherapy for two-three months.

Now the non-essential services have been shut down here in Toronto - most of the physio clinics are closed.

But heard some clinics are providing virtual physio services. And found a clinic offering virtual and in-home physio services: physiomobility.com/home-hea...

So just wanted to hear your opinion on both before making a final decision. Thanks!

I am just wondering why you wouldn't contact the same clinic you had physio from four months ago when you last posted here about physio? it seems that it might be a good idea to contact them and see if they are providing services first.

Hi there, speaking from experience most shoulder Physio can be done at home once you get past the initial stages and a certain level of movement as come back. Only the Physio can advise if you have reached that stage yet. Best wishes.
