I am new here and I joined because I have had undiagnosed chest pain for literally decades and I now think it might be Costochondritis. So I’m mulling that over... ...this is after many years of tests and investigations without anyone actually diagnosing anything! They found other things, but not an answer for the pain. The main thing they did find was Atrial Fibrillation (it showed up on ECG) and I take Apixaban and Atorvastatin for that.
