We all understand pain here..maybe some more than others unfortunately 😢,n we may not live where u do,BUT we would all like to have a friend...

Ad me ad friend x I suffer alone have no family no friends live alone hard but I've tired light exercise aswell think pain worser night time pain killers not helping me at all o use the heat pads or hot water bottle helps lots the only tablet help is ibrefen

Have ya thought about chiropractic,acupuncture,cupping??

Arent there any local support groups by u??

Hi I'm near Leeds and am happy to chat. Obviously not face to face as I can't sit in a car for any great length of time.

I'm currently signed off work because of pain, I have oa in my right hip which is now bone on bone and waiting for a surgery date. What I'm missing is the social side of work, I've been off since November and have had a few meet ups for coffee with friends but other then my husband I'm at home all day every day. I have a handful of friends who phone but non who visit, then again the house is a mess so I'm not sure I'd like them to come over.

Sorry I ment to say hi and seemed to have got carried away.
