I had these pains since 2015 and they haven't got better, my GP said that it could be anxiety and I'm not really sure if it is. I still get them now but I think my dad should call 111 but I'm scared that the Ambulance might get sent out and don't want a blood test. I have autism and hate needles because they hurt me.

As you have had this such a long time and unless its acutely worse now then it's not really an emergency that warrants a call to 111, best to make an appt with your GP and if he/she cannot give you a diagnosis ask for a referral to a Consultant. Be aware it could well be anxiety related so addressing that may help.
Have you had any ECG / heart exam before? Heart disease needs to be ruled out with chest pains before further advice, other than calm your breathing:
Breathe IN through your nostrils, feel the air go in and your body lengthen, let go of a bit of tension as you breathe out. Steady and easy.
