Herniated disc: Iv got l4 and l5 herniated disk... - Pain Concern
Herniated disc
I am really sorry to be hearing about your back pain. I am in a similar situation, I have got an appointment with a spinal surgeon this week. I used to use strong doses of cocodamol but gave up. It did not help my pain and worse than that it increased my brain fog plus more.
Have you tried physio, gentle yoga in the heat or hot yoga. They make me a bit better but next day I am back to square one. So it is a matter of doing it consistently....
Look after yourself. This morning I was in agony but forced myself to go to our local area even with my baby step and limited mobility. 🎄🌹🎄
I'm really worried tho got a lump now on my calf putter leg.dr says unrelated but I'm unsure.im in total agony and am sure drs think I'm putting it on.have to wait 3.5mth to see consultant.dont think can cope that long.i dont know who to see or where to go.iv been like this 3mth over allready ,I feel sick with pain and even my foot feels like iv had scalding water poured on it.surely there must be something else or someone I can speak to dont know what to do,suggestions please even thought about going bk to AE.

So sorry to hear that you’re in such pain, it sounds as if you should be on morphine for your pain. Speak to your dr and if no joy - go to A&E for help - good luck!
Be really careful , try and rest it ... Find comfortable position.heat , heat and more , locate your core muscles , instead of using back , 💜💜💜
Ok u. Have to make dr care and give u.mri while. Sleep
