Pain near tail bone while getting up from sofa

I am 76+. During April 2019, I had a fall on road while walking fast. I fell on buttocks but left leg took impact. Hairline crack 6" above ankle needed plaster for six weeks. Leg normalized in six weeks and my walk is now normal but at less walking speed.

Soon I noticed that I have pain in Tail Bone region. Pain is only when I get up from sofa or chair and is muscular in nature. It is for 2-3 seconds and then no pain. It is not a big issue but irritation yes.

I am on Metformin 500mg (1-1-1) and my latest HbA1c is 7.7.

Any suggestion?
