They aren't available in Ireland either. But I get liquid dropper form, or capsules with the powder inside ,which I can divide up. Internet is wonderful.😉

Try CBT for insomnia. It looks at your sleeping/waking patterns, and your beliefs/worries about not sleeping and suggests changes you can make. Very evidence based. There are a number of self-help manuals you can try and they are inexpensive. The one by Prof Colin Espie is very good. Hope that helps.

ASMR videos on youtube. AMSR is something that either works for you or it doesn't. but costs you nothing to try. It's totally weird and there's no science to back it up but it does work for a lot of people and no tablets needed

Passionflower tincture drops in a 1/2 cup water and Pascoflaire tablets ( passionflower) are natural anti anxiety and they work.

Lemon balm tea or pills may help as well. Valerian tea may help to.

If you are at a loss, Zopiclone is a great sleeping pill. You can’t function with sleep. You’ll start to lose cognitive function and eventually go insane. I know because it happened to me! I use one 7.5 mg tablet every night. I’d die due to sleep deprivation otherwise.

You have to take it regular? Does that have any side effects ?

Yes, every night for the rest of my life.

I have no side effects.

As batty has said, magnesium is a readily available, non harming ( unless you take too much ,in which case you may need a clear passage to the loo!)

Max dose of 250mg, in the evening. 3 hrs separate from other medications.

Any form is ok, but the -- ates are preferable.
