Nothing ever shows

I’m getting really fed up of my joints and whole body just taking the Mick, to top off the “ invisible” Hypertonia that I have , I found today that the that was seen on my X-ray ( left hand) has somehow disappeared! I wish if had taken the pain and thumb that sticks with it then.

Backstory I worked in a school cafe, and had to separate paper plates to use go serve, I developed a module on my thumb extensor tendon, my thumb also used to stick but not bent, always straight, I would sometimes have to use my other hand to bend it but when it stuck it caused major pain.i had the module of my tendon and a carpal tunnel release( even tho I didn’t think I had carpal tunnel but because the thumb pain travelled into the base of my thumb in my palm they decided I had. Anyway surgery was a year ago and my thumb still sticks and the base of palm still hurts but nothing can be found on x ray or scan so looks like another one of life’s mysteries unless anyone has any ideas
