Chest pain : I've been diagnosed with anxiety... - Pain Concern
Chest pain
Many possibilities...Can be pain from coughing, reflux, pleurisy, cardiac related (doubtful from your symptoms) etc. You need to see your doc and discuss the symptoms and what further investigations are indicated.
Thanks, I've been going to heart doc an everything comes back good. I used to be really active but since all this started I can barely stay up to do housework without my legs hurting an if I had to get out an go 2 town I'd feel worse..really taking a toll on my life! Wondering if it could be anything with my circulation..

Oxycodone may cause serious or life-threatening breathing problems.
You need to see your doctor.
So I went to doc today an she said I have severe depression and anxiety an I have to have my thyroid checked but put me on busborine an zoloft..any advise on these because I've never taken these..
If I had what you describe in your post I would have depression and anxiety. I have had both in response to my long term health disability. Many people on this forum will also have this response at some point in managing their long term health disability.
This means it is okay to feel depressed and a little anxious. My understanding is that what your doctor is saying or indicating is that your depression and anxiety is abnormal.
I am known for my anti-drug stance in regard to solving emotional problems. This means that I have a bias in advice giving that you need to be aware of.

Are two posts I have written. They may be worth reading. I have come to a belief that we move into particular emotional states and we can move out of emotional states by the act of moving in particular ways. It is a tentative theory at the moment which I am discussing and demonstrating with people. It may be different for the two genders. So what I can advise for a man with confidence I am not so confident for a women.
The first international conference on fascia was in 2007 at Harvard Medical School. Fascia has thousands of nerve endings which feed into the brain and it is these nerve endings that I believe create the emotions we have.
youtube.com/watch?v=ql9mk6Y... is interesting. It gives examples of uplifting movement which can be copied to improve mood. I am not sure how well this will work. Try it and see. I don't speak Chinese.
If you can manage longish or shortish walks in the way the youtube video shows I think will generate a good mood change. This is a matter of investigation. I am stepping in the unknown here.
Be very interested in the results.
The bubble/lump in throat feeling is a typical anxiety symptoms..lot of people get it. The breathing could be a muscle problem in your chest or neck muscles.
Maybe you could mention this to a doctor.
