Why is it that people with Pericarditis with effusion or effusion gone still have pain when lying in bed. Especially when they lye on right side of there body. Pain being inner pain radiating center breast .

Ive been on omerprazol for years now great for acid but alass has not stopped me from being diagnosed with Barrats osophegus dissease.
