Hi Frances

Have you had an MRI scan of your Lumbar Spine yet?

I would ask GP for a referal to Orthopaedics Consultant or Neurologist (or both ! )

See if you can get any Physio and / or a referal to Pain Clinic?

Have you got sciatica?

What are you using for pain relief?

Do you use Ibuprofen gel or tablets? Do you take Paracetamol as well or co-codamol?

If you take codeine do you also take Lactulose medicine and Fybogel sachets and drink lots of extra water? Otherwise pain meds with codeine or morphine cause constipation and dry stools. This puts more pressure on the spine and intensifies the pain.

Just sharing a few points to consider - not sure if helpful.

Thanks have got disc degeneration wear and tear lower back on pregabalin and gel pain in leg's nerve pain

Were you given a diagnosis of Sciatica.

Ask GP about some Physio and a Pain Clinic referal. (Might be long wait for pain clinic - physio might be sooner).

Yes had sciatica I'm seeing pain clinic and in physio thank you legs are more painful when I'm in work walking round and cleaning toilets I am a cleaner pin shopping center

Isn't there a McDonald's near you where you could get a cleaner job? Might be less heavy work and warmer.
