lumbar scoliosis is a diagnosis from a list of symptoms. The causes for the symptoms can be varied. Some types of lumbar scoliosis are treatable such that the scoliosis is reduced.
You have to investigate what your best options are. Yoga, t'ai chi, massage, chiropractic, Alexander technique. What is available in your local area is a starting point. Yoga classes sometimes have well informed people who can give you advice based on experience.
