Hi does anyone have any coping tips they can share for coping with migraine please?

See an Alexander Teacher. You will learn methods to prevent you from having migraine. See a McTimony Chiropractor. They will help remove the micro-cramps that are triggers for migraine.

Make sure that you keep the GP informed to ensure that there are no hidden causes of migraine.

My daughter is seeing a chiropractor and since treatment she's been migraine free for 3 months.

At first sign of oncoming migraine drink a large glass of fizzy drink (eg cola) as fast as possible. This works very well. Advice was given by an older doctor

At the first sign of migraine, take two pink migraleve tablets and a teaspoon of raw honey undiluted. Rub near lavender oil into your temples. I suffer from vertiginous migraines and if I take the migraleve early enough I can often abort the migraine...

As soon as you feel the migraine coming on, take a Sumatriptan and lie down in a quiet dark room. Your migraine will disappear in a few minutes. If you don't have any sumatriptan, paracetamol works well in their place

Have you found out what is causing the migraine I have two problems that cause migraine sinusitis and a trap nerve in my neck I find rest meditation plenty of fluids
