If your arm feels like pins and needles it could be to do with nerves. My mother in law has had the almost exact symptoms and it was damaged nerves.

See a chiropractor. See a doctor in order to get an MRI of the neck. You may have referred pain. You apply pressure on nerve roots coming out of the spinal column. This can cause pain in the arm a long way from where pressure is being applied.

A chiropractor may help reduce the problem. But you have to take action to prevent it occuring again and to check that you have not got something more serious. You need a doctor for this.

Thumb bone problem can be tight muscle fibres in the forearm. Constant pull on the bone will hurt. Doctors don not understand this. It is not in their training. See a massage therapist they may be able to help reduce the pain. I have myself reduced pain in the thumb bone a n umber of times by stretching particular muscles in the forearm.

It is worth taking up yoga with someone who understands chronic pain.

Tumour pressing on nerve roots. I know of someone who had a tumour and was given repeat prescriptions of pain killers by GP. The person's daughter told the GP in no uncertain terms what she thought about this A scan showed the person had cancer. It was too late to do anything and she died.

I'm NOT telling you what to do jojo but........How old are your children? If they are over, about four, then it's Definitely time for 'Own Beds'! (It's good to know that I'm NOT telling you what to do, isn't it?)

Jokes apart it probably is time to, at least try, to settle the Little Ones' into their own beds. Quite apart from, very probably, not doing you any favours I honestly doubt it's doing Them any good either.

I do appreciate that children 'tend' to just End Up, in your bed, The younger one in a nappy, the older in her pink Barbie Nighty and so forth. Does the dog lay by the bedside to?

I just LOVE your 'Name' jojo23pink, I am imagining a Pretty girl, with nice hair and maybe dressed in 'Girly' attire. Mind you, whatever you look like, that it isn't important. What is is your Health.

Have you been checked for 'Rheumatoid Arthritis', it is often Linked to Auto-immune conditions- just a thought.

Anyway I, really will, stop 'lecturing' you now jojo.

Kindest wishes to you all.
