An update on me

I don't often post but when I do everyone is so helpful.

I posted a while ago asking if it's possible to ask your Dr for a certain surgery as my knees are getting worse.

Well after 13 years of pain I have an official diagnosis of Chondromylasi Patella.

The plan is Physio (which I've been doing for 2/3 years now). If no improvement then I will be referred to a surgeon to assess my suitability for surgery.
