Hi I did a google search and couldn't find anything. I can only suggest you try Hotters or Padders as I know they do make shoes for problem feet though I don't know about yours. They are very expensive though. Good luck and I hope you find some. x

I was going to say the same it is very hard to find shoes to fit I have a ago and I have been wearing the same type of shoes for over 14 years and at one point I had the same shoes for almost 5 years because I couldn't find a new pair. Mine are called reeboks, princess style I know these are a woman’s shoe but I have seen the same type of shoes for men’s what I end up doing is take out the inner sole out of the right shoe and put my AFO which is for foot drop into it now on the right foot I take out the lining and put a thin lift to balance the shoes because if I don’t I throw out my hip and I walk lopsided.

Oh I thought of something you should ask your neurologist if he knows someone for physical therapy they might know where you can get a pair of shoes.

GOOD LUCK I know what it means to have a good pair of shoes.

Google "footwear for leprosy patients". This may enable you to find someone who can help.

If you have peripheral neuropathy you should be under a podiatrist and they can recommend or even arrange for specialist shoes. If you aren't already under podiatry, then find out if you can self refer, in many areas you can now, or contact your GP and ask for a referral.

Well I dunno about other folk with peripheral neuropathy in there feet, I have not one pair of shoes that make any difference to the pains, I've had PN for 6 years, I've tried all sorts and I've come to the conclusion that even if you own a shoe shop I don't think it would make any difference at all, so before you go out and spend a fortune on various shoes I'd stick to flipflops or slippers, I just don't think you'll ever get a pair that will make your condition any better, I can't wait to get my socks off let alone a pair of shoes, my feet are constantly burning pins and needles, and numbness, you name it, agony, so tread carefully and hopefully you'll get something sorted, best wishes

Hi everyone.Could anyone tell me what the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy are. Three and a half years ago I was diagnosed with neuropathy after a nerve conduction test showed I had mild neuropathy.I had pains in my calf and my foot .The pain in my foot was like a sprain. All this was after having tests for circulation which ruled out vascular disease.I accepted that was it I have been treated for neuropathy since then.A few months ago a podiatrist checked my pulses in my leg and she was quite concerned.I only went about an ingrown toenail.she contacted my GP and I was referred to the vascular clinic were it was found I have blocked arteries 1 behind the knee and another in the femoral artery.I can't help thinking whether I've had the circulation problems all along.Do my symptoms sound like neuropathy.

Hope you get sorted Mason.
