I agree it only made mine worse but that is not to say that in milder form it might help as the one I tried was quite potent (bought on street) I suppose a lot depends on the causes of your pain best Alex

Here in the US! I was on every pain killer possible - I kept climbing the drug ladder to stronger and stronger, but my body kept getting used to it. Finally tried marijuana, just enough to have an effect on my pain, but not enough to get stoned. WOW. What a difference. The pain just disappeared. I didn't forget about it, I consciously tried to feel it, but it was not there. Highly, highly recommend t.

Hi tikitraveler. That's awesome! Can I ask what you have? I have neuropathy. I can't take the pain 1 more day. What ratio did you find that works?

I had a severely ruptured disc...twice. Severe pain...twice. The first time I used the drugs that my doctor gave me, all the way to morphine. The second time, also severe pain, I used nothing but gingerbread cookies, made with marijuana butter. It was hard to dose. I started with a little, and ended up staring at the ceiling for hours :-) pain free. Then I halved the dose and the pain went away for 5-8 hours and yet I did not feel stoned or funny in any way. Since marijuana is not regulated, it's impossible to say what dose.

The resulting neuropathy after 2 surgeries don't hurt, I just have cramps several times a night. I can live with that.

Thank you tikitraveler. I don't know how to make the butter. I would if I knew. I'm doing the medical way but it's not touching the pain. Going tomorrow to dispensary to get a higher CBD ratio. Costs so damn much! Smoking doesn't help my kind of pain. Been smoking for a while. Medical marijuana is supposedly the way to go for my pain. I've done so much research on the shit and it helps ALOT of people! I know I just simply can not take this pain. It's ruined my entire life! I have no life. My boyfriend has been incredible but he's hurting too. Going to go talk to a therapist that specializes in chronic pain for patients and families of. Idk. I'm ready to give up. I'm glad your pain free. That's a great story!

Ginakins ♡ Your expectations are too high. JUST AS MINE WERE ! It takes time- alot of time to get the "right" ratio. I too have a problem with the expence of the Oil.

I'm in such pain I can't nor am I able to flippin shower. My "So Called Neropathy" is deep. Coming from damage done to the Nerves in my Spinal Cord. It's Intractable Pain that never ceases and the burning affects my entire lower Body, Lower Lumbar Spine, Butt, Private Area , both legs and feet. The Burning can and does creap around my Abdomen, and it's horrifiction. It's come to the point where I can not even take a shower, do my hair up, Dress, make up (screw it ) - however if I do that and could "show up" for a Doctors appointment (if I could) and I'm precieved as a Prescription Narcotic Drug addict or Drug seeker because I don't "look Esthetically well !!!

This us so fucked up but true.

Cancer patients with the same amount of pain can look like shit but because we are not going to die we are tossed away like trash. I've "had it too", Ginakins! I know exactly what the Diagnosis is but because it's cause is a "Medical Error" ( The Doc's know this) do the "White Coat of Silence" is prevalent! This is always hidden from us, always because of fear of Retribution or Lawsuits ! I'm not interested in suing anyone anytime. But for God's sake lie all you want, Doctors; but for Gods Sake, at the very least give us some Sufficient Pain Relief and something that can keep me able to sleep more than three hours in every given 24 hrs. week in and week out, month after month for 6 months now! Your lucky to have the Physical Ability to see a Doctor Ginakins ♡, so take full advantage of this while you can. This Nerve Damage in my Spinal cord is progressive in Nature of the Man Made Decease! With this only in your hands maybe you could get a Human Anatomy Book (at any College or University Book Store) and Study all the nerves that come from the Spine to your arms and ultimately your hands and fingers. Nerve Root Injuries do not start at the hand point but rather travel from the original nerve or nerve root that is faraway from your hands. Have you ever questioned the surmountable Doctors you've seen to get to the "Root" (pun intended) of your Periphial "NERVE"opathy?

This seems to be what's missing here?

I live in France but can't get medical marijuana trade name sativex which would be my last hope. I've had chronic neuropathy in my hands for four years following surgery for cervical stenosis. I've tried everything in terms of treatment and drugs but nothing works. I live with permanent stinging in my fingers. I did find Kratom gave temporary relief but it is banned now as a legal high. Have you tried it? What is the cause of your neuropathy?
