Neck pain

I have a gland in my neck that is tight which causes pain in my right shoulder head and all my neck had physiotherapy where they would stretch the glad but caused a lot of discomfort and pain has anyone else had this

It may be your trapeze muscle as I have exactly the same pain and it’s so so painful sometimes all you can do is rock until after what seems eternity it goes . Hope you get your neck and shoulder sorted xx

Have been told there is nothing they can do to help me except pain killers
