Neck pain

Started with a pain in shoulder and is now across both shoulders and going up my neck and back of my neck. It is very painful.

Sounds like acupuncture might help until you find out the root cause of the shoulder pain. Best guess good luck

Have you been stressed or been sitting for hours at a computer ? How long have you had the neck pain ?

Head from a hot water bottle or a heat pad warmed in the microwave helps a lot with stiff necks.

Try doing gentle shoulder rolls. Move your neck carefully by tilting it side to side, just till it feels a bit u Co for table. The same with twisting your head as if aiming to look over your shoulder.Tuck your chin I to your chest a few times. All these should be done carefully but several times a day. That keeps the neck moving.

I suffer with neck shoulder issues I use voltarol ointment others available but also tens machine which is fabulous
