Pain in my neck

Hello I got a pain in my neck over a few days ago and it went but today I have a slight pain in one side of my neck again and when I turn my neck its very sore I have read different things so my emotions have been running high as I can get panicked very easily I would appreciate if anyone has anything on what this could be as I am thinking of doctors tomorrow but I have also been very stressed with Xmas almost among us

Go and see your Doctor as we only guess what is wrong with you and getting stressed about it could make you ill as well. I am sitting here early in the morning and can only use half of my right hand and I know what's wrong with my neck and know I will gain all the use of my hand later on this morning. So see your Doctor and stop guessing what it might be because that can make very ill on it's own.

It's likely a strained muscle rather than something serious, but best to have it checked by your GP if it's bothering you.

Try doing some yoga exercises such as a standing forward bend or down wood facing dog, to take the pressure off. There are lots of websites.images showing how to do this.
