Bashed toe

Morning,last night i ran in the dark and bashed my toe thats next to my lil toe and it in so much pain.the dam thing is swollen .and i fly on my hols nxt week what do i do? I have been wiggling the toe no pain no gain i guess

You probably broke it, there's not much you can do. We'll try icing it elevate it. I've done that before and it does hurt 😭 really bad.

If it is black then likely you have broken it. Nothing to do but keep it rested and elevated.

You can strap two toes together as a form of splint but not too tight seeing as there is swelling. It helps to keep your painful toe in one place allowing it to heal. If you went to doctors that's all they can do. Enjoy your holiday x
