I am not sure if I am in the right area for this question.
For the last few years. I have regular time where my body uncontrollably shakes/jerks. It feels like electric shocks going through my legs, arms and hands. If I try and force against moving it it's agony/uncomfortable feeling.
I am fully conscious when this happens. I am aware of it I just can't control the jerks/involuntary movements.
Anyone know why? Or how to stop it?

I feel like suggesting you take your finger out of the electric socket when this is happening - but I'm sure you've already thought of that! ( sorry- couldn't resist that)
Seriously- sounds like a neurological issue and should be investigated.

You cannot stop it. By the time you have registered it is happening it has already happened.
You are picking up the problem when it is an express train. You cannot stop express trains. You need to pickup the problem when it is an ant. You can do something about an ant.
You need to engage in the practice of Buddhist meditation of mindfulness and meditation. It will take a little bit of time before you have developed the sensitivity to predict that you going to have an attack before it happens.
There must be practising Buddhists near to where you live who can give you advice on the subject.
