Arm pains

I have had pain all over my right arm from my shoulder to my hand for about 3 weeks now. Was prescribed Naproxen after ECG was clear but pains are getting worse.

I had similar issues at the start of my diagnosis. A year later to find out I have many problems with my neck.. Have you been referred to musculoskeletal? That's your best shot.. Hopefully you will get some answers sooner than I did. X

I had pain in both shoulders at different times. It was the rotary cuff in the shoulders. I had a minor fall and apparently torn a tendon. I did take painkillers at the beginning but nothing worked. They sent me to shoulders classes at their physio dept. after that pain went off of its own. Instead of giving U.S. painkillers

I've just torn my upper arm muscle, two days ago. The pain is excruciating. I can't move my arm, dress myself or even lie down in bed. It's supposed to get better over time but how long will it be this bad? I've just got cocodamol and ibuprofen - and they don't have much effect.
