Chest pain

I had an accident recently were I fell on to my head from a hieght I attended the A+E I had a chest X-ray and a neck scan and discovered a cracked bone on my neck and the chest X-ray looked fine, however most mornings when I wake up I get a pain on my chest bone. Sometimes it will hurt by just proding the area around or simply moving but once I am on my feet I will take an aspirin and it's fine. I have high blood pressure were I take medication for and seems to keep it in check. When this accident happend I was in the process of moving and right now I am trying to register with a doctor but it seems to be a slow process.
