Hip bursa

Have had this awful pain now for months no relief from rx pain meds heating pad best friend had bursa removal 3 years ago 10x more pain out of options any suggestions PLease

I had tried most Meds for my hip Bursitis nothing worked so heard about turmeric which is helping so much . Go to Turmeticlife.com and follow recipe for Golden Paste it is certainly working for me not saying it will work for everyone as everyone is different but certainly worth a go nothing to lose

I'm just trying Turmeric too and finding it helps

I feel so sorry that you have this as I know just how bad the pain can be

I find I need to keep moving too I pace myself an hour moving doing things then 30 mins rest
