does heart failure when you have no fluid in your lungs still make you feel tight in chest and throat? I feel that all the time.

That is not the least funny Madlegs. People come here for support and advice and not to be ridicules.
Can I suggest you remove this post
There is a heart and lung forum here. Maybe better to ask there where they will likely help you.
Take care

What an awful comment to make. If you can't say something nice, best to not say anything at all.
Tristan if I was you I would make a doctors appointment, always better to be safe than sorry.
I wish you all the very best. Take care. x
There are many things that can cause chest and throat tightness - even things like anxiety. You are definitely best off going to your GP about this. They can rule out the most serious problems quite quickly, or send you for further investigation.
