Severe left hip and leg pain

I have been suffering with this pain for some weeks, the doctor has prescribed pain killers, muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory, but they are not working, he's says I have a trapped nerve, can anyone help me, I have had 3 sessions of physio and one of acupuncture.......

I'm in the same exact boat you are in Pinken, got a steroid shot last week and it did help as long as I don't walk no more than a few minutes and once I rest the pain slowly goes away until next time to get up... I don't bend over for anything and just kinda stoop down to pick up something and the burning pens and needles is the pits also... left leg numb and right foot... I just pray I don't need back surgery because I'l end up living in pain.. a fusion is out... blessings to you

Have either of you considered a good Chiropractor or Osteopath?

Worked well for me when I had severe sciatica .

If you are in UK ,make sure they're qualified from Southampton (I think?)
