as my previous posts have said pain is agony and im now having regular hip bone pain and nothing eases it although i am now on gabapentin again im having trouble with how they make me feel and ive finally yes finalky got an appointment for pain management or wot ever they call it now its in july so for anyone experiencing hip pain or hip bursitis there may be a light at the end of the tunnel although im not convinced

I felt the same way as you about pain management. I was already doing more excercises than recommended etc but I did find that the pacing worked well and they also set my tens machine to the correct channel which was helpful. I also stopped feeling sorry for myself as most of the people there were alot worse than me. It's worth going even if its to put your mind at rest that your doing everything you can to help yourself. ☺
