I work on building site have done for about 3 years now and just recently I got the strange sensation in a few of my finger tips mostly when I apply pressure to them? Any Idea what it might be

If this is the first time then do check out with GP but otherwise consider a sports massage where they give your forearms a going over and check tight spots in the shoulders and thoracic spine...  😜

You have not said what you do.  Could have vibration damage from handling power tools.  May need to be referred to an industrial injury specialist.

Hope this has been helpful.

"white finger" - caused by vibration damage?   Have you been using a lot of vibrating tools, or even just ordinary power tools?  Prolonged and repeated vibration can cause nerve damage that affects sensation particularly in fingertips.  This link is from HSE hse.gov.uk/vibration/
