Hi I am sorry to hear that. I have the same problem I have prednisone for bronchiectasis and have put on 2 stone in one year. If you find a solution let me know. Take care

Hi a friend of mine is on long term steroid meds for her problem and put on a huge amount of weight. She couldnt excercise to get the weight off so she went to slimming world and within months got down to a size 10. She has kept to a sensible diet ever since and has kept it off. Ive also lost alot of weight doing the slimming world diet. If you can't get to a class you can either join online or just google the info online which tells you all you need to know. It's worth a try.
