Does anyone find the cold weather terrible for nerve pain? Does anyone know is it possible to take lyrica with gabapentin?

Thanks!

Cold of any kind is terrible for nerve pain. I cannot even have a fan blowing room temperature air on my legs. When I have air conditioning running in my car, unless I am wearing long pants with socks, it is unbearable.

In regards to the medicine, they took me off of gabapentin when I started taking lyrica so I don't have a clue. I hope that you find the answers that you are looking for.

Take care 🔆

I wouldn't think you would take both together, they are very similar medications. lyrica is a lot more expensive and you don't have to take as high a dose. always seek medical advice though. good luck x

I may be wrong but I think they are the same type of drug with Lyrica just being a newer formula so you would overdose taking both. Lyrica can have some horrible side-effects too
